When it comes to our bird toys, parts and colors may vary from time to time, however you will receive the same quality and like items and the overall toy will be the same as it is pictured. Please also understand that the quantity displayed in the pictures may or may not be the amount the listing is for and that is why it is IMPORTANT to read the description carefully. This toy is filled with lots of colorful transparent multi-shape rings and then we added different shape space ships and added a nice shiny liberty bell. We put it altogether with bird safe Paulie rope and a colored wiffle ball. The pictures do not show just how adorable this toy really is. Payment All purchases are due within 7 days from the close of the FIRST auction or buy it now. We accept paypal, and if you are paying via e-check through paypal, these must also clear, which can take 3-5 business days (excludes weekends) to clear, then they must be posted to our account. We do not mind you paying in any of these methods please just understand that we can only ship once we get a CLEARED payment and these delays are out of our control. Shipping We do combine shipping on multiple items (3 or more) so please contact us BEFORE you pay or checkout for your items. Combined shipping only applies to orders placed on ONE invoice. If you pay for each item separately we CANNOT combine shipping. We do our best to ship all orders within 4 business days or sooner of a cleared payment, however this is NOT a guarantee and there are exceptions, which are noted in the listings. We do NOT promise same day processing or shipping, although sometimes it does happen. Shipping times vary depending on your zone and shipping method. It also matters WHEN you paid for your items. There are several states which seem to take longer for packages to arrive no matter how fast we ship them and the only sure way to get them there within 3-5 business days is priority mail do to the shipping zones they are in. These are a some of those states: AZ, CO, MI, SC, NC, WI, WA, MO, TX and believe it or not MA. However the problem with MA is because of the HORRIBLE Springfield Ma processing center. Sadly approx 90% of all New England packages MUST go through this center. In fact any time there is a delay in any package, the problem almost ALWAYS stems from them having to go through this HORRIBLE center. The good news is though, after several years of NUMEROUS complaints, which also came from the carriers in that area, they have gone from COMPLETELY HORRIBLE, to just HORRIBLE, so we are making progress with them. Please remember that Shippers have NO control over ANY of the post offices. It is also important to understand that the 2-5 business days for first class and the 5-9 business days estimates are ONLY ESTIMATES, NOT guarantees. We understand that people often receive their packages in a few days depending on their zones, and other factors but there are MANY times in which it takes the FULL estimated time and beyond. But again, the shippers have NO control over this. TRACKING ALL orders which are able to be sent using paypal or online postal service will receive an automatic tracking number, which can often be tracked via the usps tracking system, however this system will only track packages as they are scanned along the way and there are MANY times in which they are not scanned until they are delivered so no tracking is available to you or the shipper and even if we call the post office all they will do is check the tracking system. The post office will also not start searching for packages for 14-30 after the shipping date in which it has gone UNDELIVERED depending on the shipping method. 14 days is for priority mail and 30 for first class and parcel post. One of the reasons for this is because packages get delayed, misrouted etc and the estimates given are only estimates as they state, and packages often (but not always) show up within the 14-30 days when there is a delay or are misrouted. You must also understand that the post offices handle MILLIONS of packages world wide on pretty much a daily bases and with that many packages every day, there are bound to be mishaps along the way with a small percentage, as NO system, person or business is or can be expected to be 100% perfect all of the time. HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES Holiday shipping times for the post office start around November 15 and continue until after New Years. What this means is that ALL sipping time estimates at least double and you can EXPECT there to be delays do to the much HIGHER volume of packages being delivered world wide. This is also a time in which the chances of lost or damaged packages INCREASE so purchasing insurance is HIGHLY ADVISED. This is also when our insurance requirement goes from $50 to $25, however we do offer it on ALL orders of ANY amount all year long. This means that ALL orders of $25 or more MUST purchase insurance, this is for your protection and ours. PROCESSING Your orders are first sent to processing, which means they are sent to be counted and packaged for shipping, once they are packed and ready for shipping they then have to be taken to the post office & shipped if they are finished before the cut off time, other wise they will be shipped the following day providing it is not a weekend. Our weekly cut off time for processing is 2pm and ALL Friday payments made after 1pm will not be processed until the following week, however processing does not mean SHIPPED. We do NOT ship on weekends. As long as we can ship your items using the online system you will receive an automatic tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. Insurance We ship via USPS and they charge EXTRA for insurance beyond the actual shipping rates, so for this reason insurance is NOT included. However, we do offer it on EVERY order for the actual postal rate. if you choose not to purchase insurance we CANNOT be responsible for loss or damage during shipping.
